
State, County and Municipal leaders are coordinating the effort and response to the novel coronavirus and associated COVID-19 crisis. Measures to stem its spread and counter its effects are aggressively underway at every level. The Town Office will be closed to the public until Governor Hogan lifts the Maryland State of Emergency.. The public can still telephone, fax, email or send USPS letters to the Town. In addition, we have the drop off box in front of the office. Staff will continue working during normal business hours. The Mayor and Council of Manchester want to ensure the health and safety of their residents so they are committed to providing residents with the necessary tools and resources.
