Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing

The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a hearing for a variance request of the maximum height of accessory buildings from 15 ft to 22 ft to construct a 32 ft x 45 ft detached garage with 10 ft lean-to roof. If granted, would allow the accessory structure to exceed the height of the primary structure.
