Effective January 24, 2026 at 9pm, the Town of Manchester has declared a State of Emergency. All vehicles should be parked in driveways, out of cul-de-sacs and off public streets by 7pm. The monthly meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 7pm at the Town Hall. The monthly meeting of the Mayor and Town Council will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 7pm at the Town Hall. **ALL Town streets are SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES.
