Public Awareness

The Manchester Police Department would like you to be aware, recently just outside of town; there have been reported theft cases, involving the theft of tools.  Just as a reminder:

  • Please ensure your doors (VEHICLES, HOME and SHEDS) are LOCKED.
  • Place something in the track of your sliding doors to increase security
  • Keep lights on at night
  • If you are leaving town, redirect your mail and leave your lights on or use timers
  • If you live in Town and will be away, contact us to have Special Attention on your home.
  • Do not leave your garage door open; trust me we see this a lot and no one is home.

If you see something, say something.  Call 911 and report suspicious activity.
