PUBLIC NOTICE
On April 8, 2025, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Manchester introduced the following Ordinances –
No. 264 maintaining the current tax rate of $.216
No. 265 which increases water rates by $.77 per 1,000/gals
No. 266 which increases sewer rates by $1.20 per 1,000/gals
A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 7pm at the Town Hall located at 3337 Victory St. Copies of these ordinances are available for review M-F 8-4 or click on the links below.
