PUBLIC NOTICE
On June 9, 2024, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Manchester passed Ordinance No. 260 which increased water unit fees by $6 per until per quarter, added $0.35 per thousand for PFAS along with other increases in new home connections to the water system. They also approved Ordinance No. 261 which increased sewer unit fees by $8 per unit per quarter along with other increases in new home connections to the sewer system.
