The Carroll County Chapter of the Maryland Municipal League will offer three (3) $1,000 scholarships to Carroll County High School students who have been accepted into a College, University, Technical School, or Carroll County students currently enrolled in a College or University in a Graduate or Undergraduate program.
The application is also available at your High School Guidance Office and the Manchester Town Office, 3337 Victory Street, Manchester, MD 21102.
Applications must be submitted on or before Friday, April 24, 2026, at the Town of Hampstead Town Hall Office. The Hampstead Town Hall Office hours are Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.
