Shop Small, Win Big Contest
Support small businesses in Carroll County’s Downtown Communities by spending $35 or more and uploading a photo of the receipt.
Contest is from November 17 – December 24, 2025. Carroll County Downtowns are Hampstead, Manchester, Mount Airy, New Windsor, Sykesville, Taneytown, Union Bridge, and Westminster.
Drawing will be held on January 5, 2026.
