PUBLIC NOTICE
On April 14, 2026, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Manchester introduced the following Ordinances: No. 274 increasing water rates by $.46 per 1,000/gals and No. 275 increasing sewer rates by $.72 per 1,000/gals. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 7pm at the Town Hall located at 3337 Victory St. Copies of these ordinances are available for review M-F 8-4 or click on the links below.

Ordinance No. 275 FY27 Sewer Fund Budget introduced
Water Unit Charge $42.00
Sewer Unit Charge $57.00
Bay Restoration Fee $15.00
(These charges are every quarter regardless of water usage)
Water usage will be billed at $4.62 per 1,000 gallons used.
Sewer usage will be billed at $7.92 per 1,000 gallons used
PFAS-Water usage is billed $.46 per 1,000 gallons used
(These charges are in addition to the unit charges)
Example: A residence with 15,000 gallons of water usage in a quarter would be billed $309.00 for that quarter bill.
