Bids shall be received by 10:00am on or before Friday April 5, 2024, and will be opened at 10:15am that same day. The acceptance of the proposals will be brought to the Town Council on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 @7:30 to be considered for approval.
The vehicle will be sold “AS IS”. The Town makes no express or implied warranties as to the condition of the vehicle.
