ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS
MANCHESTER WATER TREATMENT IMPROVEMENTS – PFAS MITIGATION PROJECT
The Town of Manchester is soliciting proposals for the engineering services associated with the Manchester Water Treatment Improvements – PFAS Mitigation Project. Proposals will be received at the Manchester Town Hall located at 3337 Victory Street, Manchester, Maryland, 21102, until March 10, 2025 at 10am local time and will be publicly opened and read at 10:15am local time. The Procurement generally includes the following work: engineering services pursuant with the enclosed/attached Preliminary Engineering Report dated June 2024 (Manchester Water treatment Improvements). To provide design and bidding services to consolidated per- and poly-fluorinated alkyl substances (PFAS) treatment per MDE guidelines for AE Procurement and M/WBE Good Faith Efforts.
The project is being funded, in part, by the State Revolving Loan Fund (SRF) as administered through MDE. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Build America Buy America Act requirements apply to this project.
